There is no form of contract or commitment with CareAsOne. Customers can submit a request and cancel their subscription at any time. CareAsOne has a monthly subscription model that automatically renews every 30 days. Customers must cancel any subscriptions before the 30 day period ends or they will automatically be charged again the next month. If there is no verbal or written request to cancel the subscription, customers are not obligated to a refund or negotiation of any kind. Customers of CareAsOne agree to these terms upon activation of their subscription.
If a customer wishes to cancel their monthly subscription, they can call the CareAsOne customer support line and speak with a representative; or they can go to their dashboard and manually cancel the auto-renewal
