We are looking for a compassionate Caregivers, HHA or CNA's to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in clients homes in accordance with an established care plan.
-Provide health care services in clients residences
-Perform domestic and household tasks
-Transport and accompany clients to doctors office or to hospital
-Medication reminders
-Assist with client's personal care activities
-Monitor Clients and report on their condition
-Maintain patients care records and document provided services
-Assist clients with mobility and exercises
-Assist with bathing/showering
-Assist with dressing
-Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
