When you join the team, you will receive paid training during your first week, and when you are providing care, you will receive meaningful recognition and additional compensation for great work!
Activities:
-Provide personal care and companionship
-Assist with getting to the restroom, bathing/showering, and dressing
-Prepare meals and perform light household duties
-Get to know, engage, and build relationships with some fantastic people (and occasionally pets too!)
Qualifications:
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
-High school education or equivalent
-Clear background check
-A passion for caring, responsible, and a positive attitude
CNA, PCA or Similar Experience a plus
Compensation and Pay:
- $12 - $14 per Hour plus shift differential
-Paid Training your First Week
-Additional Rewards and Recognition Bonuses
-Work Location and Schedule:
-Murfreesboro, Smyrna, and nearby surrounding area
