Pay and Benefits
Pay rate is from $17-$20/hour (we offer raises every six months)
First Choice pays travel time and mileage as well as visit time.
For full-time employees: Health/Dental for your family, PDO, free life insurance
Responsibilities:
Assists patients with their daily living activities
Spends times assisting patients with grooming to help them feel great
Works as part of the care team to help patients reach their goals and to be comforted
Attends case conference weekly to coordinate patient care with case manager and other clinicians
Qualifications:
CNA (If you do not have your certification we will pay for you CNA course and testing)
Able to drive
