We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients' homes according to an established care plan!!
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 4pm-9:15/9:30pm Tuesdays and Fridays 5pm - 9:15pm
Client Description: CNA will be helping out a couple, both husband and wife.
Wife is a paraplegic. Needs help getting into the Hoyer Lyft, and being put in and out of bed. She will also need help with dressing and grooming. Needs help with laundry and light housekeeping.
Husband has dementia. He needs help with showering and sometimes getting dressed. Client has fallen before (not a complete fall risk), may need help with walking.
Qualifications & Skills
