WE HAVE 2 LOCATIONS - Both are 10 private bedroom luxury assisted living homes located in Central Phoenix and the second home in Phoenix/Paradise Valley/Scottsdale area.
Experience in Assisted Living or Group Home setting preferred, with a current Arizona Caregiver Certification required. Med Tech experience a plus.

Primary Responsibilities for Certified Caregivers:
Assist with routine resident personal care needs: dressing, bathing, toileting, eating, skin care, grooming etc.
Assist in resident medication administration
Meal preparation, set up and assistance with eating if necessary
Assist in and facilitate engagement and participation of residents with social activities
Providing companionship and supportive listening
Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable home environment
Maintain accurate charting and report changes in the health or status of the resident in an electronic medication system
