We are looking for a Home Care Aide to join our team! You will be directly working with patients, following a one-on-one care plan in their homes.
As a Caregiver, you will be primarily responsible for providing companionship and assistance with things such as meal preparation, medication reminders, a variety of daily living tasks, light housekeeping, assistance with personal hygiene and dressing and grooming.
