We Believe that caring for the elderly and the sick is a sacred opportunity and we ONLY want to work with nice people that also feel the same way. Our focus is on activities, games, and really caring for the residents.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS by State of Florida : NO EXCEPTIONS
Florida 6 Hour Medication Management Training by state approved educator or ability to be current in 30 days
CPR AND FIRST AID training current or ability to be current in 30 days
Resident Rights and Training in ADL's current
Food safety training or ability to undergo training in 30 days
Health Physical showing free of communicable disease (TB TEST)
Proof of citizenship
Level 2 Background screening, or affidavit if one has been completed recently
Three recent employment references
Alzheimer Training and experience not mandatory; but preferred
MUST HAVE 1 YEAR minimum experience in a Nursing Home or Assisted Living
