Job Description

We offer competitive pay, shift differentials and a sign-on bonus!! Wow!!!!

$1,500 sign-on bonus for PT and $3,000 sign-on bonus for FT!!

25% paid out after 30 days - 75% paid out after 6 months.

Shift Differentials are:

2nd - $1.25

3rd - $3

Weekend - $2

Job Description:

We have full-time and part-time opportunities available, apply today or stop by our community to meet with our hiring manager. We are located at 27 Forest Falls Drive in Yarmouth.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents have an exceptional stay
  • Implementing residents personal care service plans, focusing on preferences and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship and belonging.
  • Documenting observations of resident’s behavior, including complaints or physical symptoms
  • Assisting with their meals, transferring them using appropriate assistive devices, bathing, toileting, dressing and grooming
  • Other responsibilities as needed
Qualifications & Skills
CNA / PSS preferred
Will pay for training if no experience
