Are you looking for new ways to deliver Home Health as a Patient Care Associate/Home Health Aide? Are you looking to elevate the patient experience while elevating your career? Signal HomeCare is coming to Phoenix/Scottsdale and looking for Home Health Professionals to coordinate and deliver care as we start operations.

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

Assist with daily living skills in clients home including companionship, mobility assistance, meal preparation, medication reminders and personal hygiene. Strong interpersonal skills and compassion with the ability to build a relationship with clients. Experience as a home health aide/PCA is preferred but not required. Must be 18 years or older and have a reliable vehicle/valid drivers license.
