Generations Home Care is looking for a Companion caregiver (Monday and Thursday) for the hours of 4:00 pm-6:00 pm for client in Phoenix. This is a female dementia client that needs companion care, ADL's and going for walks.  Pay rate for this client is $17.00-$19.00 hourly.

We also have other Shifts to Fill!!

Open positions range from 2 hour Short Shifts, all the way up to to 12 Hour Shifts to Live-In Shifts.

Pay rates for other shifts depending on your experience, certification(s) and case .

Responsibilities:

• Overall Client Care and Client Experience
• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's)
• Assistance with Homemaking Tasks
• Redirection
• Clock in and out of Shift via our on-line App
• Documentation of Visit in our on-line App

Qualifications:

• Caring, Compassionate and Warm Friendly Personality
• Must have 2 Plus Years of Proven Caregiving Experience
• Caregiver, Direct Care Worker, (DCW), Direct Support Professional (DSP), Family Caregiver or Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Current CPR, 1st Aid and Proof of Negative TB
• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Be Able to Pass a Background Check
• Be Able to Lift 25 Pounds or More
• Dementia experience
• Must be COVID vaccinated per clients request
