Overview
Always Best Care Senior Services seeks to build a core team of experienced Caregivers, and currently has all shifts available. Our Caregivers will provide excellent and compassionate 1:1 care for Clients in their homes throughout the Seattle Metro area.
Flexible Day and Evening Schedules – Specific hours based on client needs and Caregiver availability
Pay Range: $21-$23 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with Clients
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming, eating, and bathroom needs
- Light housekeeping to promote a safe and clean environment for resident’s home
- Transportation to appointments and shopping
- Companionship & supervision
Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) License
- Previous CNA and Long-Term Care experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must pass background check and medical clearance prior to hire
- Work authorization required
- Maintains current driver’s license and a dependable insured automobile
- COVID-19 vaccine strongly preferred
- Must have effective oral and written English communication skills to work with clients/families
