Job Description

 

Starting wage: $18-$21 an hour

Schedule: Weekday and Weekends. 4 hour + day schedules

Personal Care Aide Benefits:

What you will do as a Personal Care Aide:

·Assist with bathing/feeding/toileting

·Ambulation/transfers

· Protective Supervision

·Medication Reminders 

·Light housekeeping activities

·Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions

·Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments.

What we look for in a Personal Care Aide:

  • 1 year experience as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in health care (in homes or facilities)
  • Successful completion of a State approved Personal Care Assistant (PCA) course (HCAC or CNA)
  • Meets the requirements for employees providing direct patient care
  • Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job
  • Reliable transportation
  • Reside in Washington the state within our service area
  • Compassionate

  • Honest and hard-working
  • Must be able to travel up to 30 minutes or 30 miles for this position
