We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with experience in skilled nursing facilities to provide professional care to our clients. This role requires dedication, as you will be available for most of the day and week. However, it is also highly rewarding, as you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals who greatly appreciate high-quality assistance. The ideal candidate will possess patience, friendliness, and excellent communication skills. You should be able to follow instructions and perform various tasks to support our clients.

Responsibilities

Administer prescribed medication to clients.

Assist clients with ambulation and mobility.

Help clients with personal care and hygiene.

Support clients with physical therapy exercises.

Keeping proper care records and reporting changes to the nursing team.

Encouraging socialization and participation in community activities

Provide pleasant and supportive companionship.

Report any unusual incidents promptly.

Communicating with co-workers, and supervisors regarding care

Act quickly and responsibly in emergency situations.
Skills
-
Demonstrated experience as a caregiver in a skilled nursing facility.

Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid, including CPR.

Familiarity with housekeeping activities and cooking, with attention to dietary constraints.

Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
-
Respectful and compassionate demeanor.

Strong time management skills.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

High ethical standards.

Physical endurance.
-
High school diploma or equivalent/ proper WA State license.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Per diem
Salary: $21.-$23/per hour D.O.E.
Open availability ; up to 40 hours+ per week
