Education and Experience: -Has a High School diploma or GED equivalent -Has a minimum of three months of health related experience or CNA training. -Has a Caregiver Certification card for the State of Arizona. -Has current CPR/First Aid certification card obtained in a classroom setting and issued by American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or National Safety Council. -Has current and valid Fingerprint clearance card or apply for one within 20 days of hire. Communication Skills: -Has a clear speaking voice, must be fluent in English. Being bilingual would be a plus. -Has ability to speak, work and interface with all levels of co-workers, residents, guests and employees. -Has ability to write routine reports and correspondence. -Demonstrates excellent telephone and customer service etiquette.
