Responsibilities and Duties
Your primary responsibilities are:
Assist the client with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as specified in the client's plan of care created during in-take. Those activities may include but are not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, other personal hygiene, toileting, transferring, eating and continence care.
You may also be asked to assist with medication reminders, housekeeping services, laundry, meal preparation, feeding, shopping, transportation to and from appointments and companionship.
Other household tasks as specified in the client's plan of care
To report daily activity to your SHC supervisor through daily activity logs. Furthermore, caregivers will maintain "Fit for Duty" physical condition, a valid driver's license, and automobile insurance.
